    Anett Barsch is an architect and since 12 years at the company CORPUS SIREO Projectdevelopment Residential GmbH, Köln. Since 2011 she is responsible for the general operations of the company as the CEO. CORPUS SIREO Residential is one of Germany's leading project development companies with approximately 500 units build per year. Since 1995, the company has built around 5000 residential units in new construction projects in Köln, Bonn, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Darmstadt, Mainz and München.

He was president of FIABCI Germany from 2011 to 2015. René Blume is managing director of Eistal GmbH and Wowiaqua GmbH. Since 2003, he is partner from Donauer & Probst GmbH & Co. KG.

    Vanessa Borkmann studied Architecture and Urban Planning at the TU Stuttgart and the ETH Zürich. She is a member of the research team at the Fraunhofer-Institut für Arbeitswirtschaft und Organisation IAO in Stuttgart. Since 2007 Vanessa Borkmann leads the department of Hospitality- and Event Real Estate at the Fraunhofer inHouse-Center in Duisburg, and initiated the research project FutureHotel. For this project she was awarded the Innovation Award for technology management of the Fraunhofer IAO. Mrs Borkmann develops and researches concepts and solutions for innovative buildings, as well as innovation- and performance driven spacial environments

    Michael Fabrizius was born in 1971 an studied jounalism and economics. After being a editorial journalist for economical-, real estate-, financial- and political matters for the daily newspapers Berliner Zeitung and Financial Times, he startet at the Axel Springer Verlag in 2004. For the newspaper Die Welt and Welt am Sonntag Michael Fabrizius is deputy editor for the economical and financial section. Since 2015 he is also the senior editor for the real estate project PLACES.

    Peter Götz, mayor a.D., was a member of the German parliament from 1990 to 2013, head of the AG Kommunalpolitik and officer for building- and urban development of the CDU parliament section, 16 years Bundesvorsitzender der Kommunalpolitischen Vereinigung der CDU/CSU (KPV), and until 2014 world president of the Global Parliamentarians on Habitat (GPH), an organisation which supports sustainable urban development on a global scale. Currently, he is president of the Advisory Council of the GPH. Since 2013 Mr Götz is an independent consultant in the areas of urban planning, energy- and housing economy, as well as chairman of the master study course "Public Service Management" at the University of Leipzig, which he co-initiated.

    Michael Heming is a member of FIABCI for more than 20 years. In 2016 he was elected Vice-President FIABCI Europe in Nice. He is owner of the Heming-Immobilien company, a real estate consultancy company with around 15 employees at five locations in the Rhine-Main area, which specializes in the marketing of residential real estate and investment as well as commercial real estate.

    After completing his law degree, Mr Ibel was involved in setting up the international office supplier Staples in Germany. Between 1994 - 1998 he was responsible for the European Real Estate business affaires of Toys 'R' Us. Since 1998 he has held several executive positions including the TAG Immobilien AG. In 2010 he founded the AIREA GmbH to merge his real estate investments throughout Germany. Between 2007 - 2014 Mr Ibel was the Chairman of BFW Nord and was elected president of BFW in 2014.

    Magnus Kaminiarz was born in 1964 in Bremen. He studied architecture in Bremen and Hamburg and also attended the architectural class of the HfbK in Hamburg. After studying, he worked with Schweger & Partner and with Schulze and Partner in Bremen, he started his own business, was appointed to the BDA Bremen and joined Jo in 1998. Franzke to Frankfurt am Main, where he worked from 2003 as a partner. With Magnus Kaminiarz & Cie. at the beginning of 2011, he founded his own office in Frankfurt am Main and plans buildings of all divisions. The office is currently also building the Grand Tower, Germany's highest residential tower, in Frankfurt am Main. Magnus Kaminiarz also designs interiors and their equipment. He regularly lectures on architecture at home and abroad.

    Jürgen Michael Schick was born in 1970, a real estate economist and is working for more than 20 years at the reals estate sector. In 1994 he founded an investment agency called "Michael Schick Immobilien" and is still its CEO. Since 2002 he is the president of the IVD - the German Real Estate Organisation. Since 2005 Jürgen Michael Schick is qualified as a Professionel Member der Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

    Andreas Schulten studied Geography and Economic and Social Geography. Since 1988 he has been at the Munich Institute for Market and Regional Research (the predecessor of bulwiengesa AG). From 1992 to 1996, he was project manager and representative of the institute management. In 1996, he became the business owner of the Bulwien und Partner GmbH, the Berlin branch of the Munich Insitute for market and regional research. Since 2004 he has been a member of the three-man executive board of bulwiengesa AG.

Steffen Szeidl has special experience in the area of tenant management and construction management. He has an in-depth knowledge of projects from the Retail and Hospitality sector. In autumn 2008 he became in charge of establishing and developing the Drees & Sommer Switzerland location. Since January 2015 Steffen Szeidl is a member of the executive board of Drees & Sommer AG and is responsible for Finance and IT, as well as the company's strategy for digitalization and for BIM

Dorothee Wetzler-Stöbe studied geography (M.A.) at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf and subsequently worked as a research assistant for empirica ag Berlin, a city and structural research company.
